Welcome friends, to Shadows of Lark, Version 4, The Resistance's Legacy!
All stories have ends. No matter how much we wish there was no such thing as a story's end. Nothing lasts forever. It seems that the wolves of Lark with have to find that out the hard way.
In the first Version of SOL, we learned of the One, Spirit, the Chosen, Cherook Akita and the Shadows (Knight, Scourge, and Spear). We met Silver, Neera, Ray, Fiona, Quest, Jupiter, Saturn and many other unique characters. The Light and the Shadows fought. Being the One Spirit could kill the Shadows, he did so with Knight. But somehow the evil black wolf came back.As a Black Ghost. Cherook Akita killed Silver in the battle.
In the second version we came to know Arck and Coal, the two red-eyes. Mist and Whisper joined us. Whisper, alas, couldn't keep the darkness away from her. Mist, the wolf new to the Light won Akita's heart and changed his mind. All Shadows became Light after the Alliance was spoken by Spirit. That resulted in Arck's death. A battle was fought between red-eyes and the Light. Some were lost, but the Light won.
Now in the third, but not final, version of SOL the stakes are even higher and death rates are rising. Spirit's own will is dieing. Akita's sight is failing and the red-eyes are coming back. Shadows are coming back.
Fire will ignite the land.
